Domaine de Pradaous

Last year Sheela and Yves bought a charming old post house, in which they started their restaurant. They have also renovated some of the rooms to offer B&B facilities and are still in the process of improving the property. We were there last year and...enjoyed the food while being patient with the service that didn't run quite smoothly yet. We came back this year and found service friendly, warm and excellent. Stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to our holiday destination. We had a lovely double room overlooking the village above us and the swimming pool at this hotel. The bathroom was very modern and with plenty of room and a walk...thru shower and lots of lovely toiletries to use. We also ate at the restaurant on site and although the menu was very limited at the time we visited, we could not fault the food at all. They also have an excellent range of good quality wines. My husband and I were there last week for the second time as we had enjoyed our first visit. As we expected, we had a great dinner along with a great service. The only draw back was that the limited menu was similar to the...one we had during our last visit bad timing maybe : ), it does not take away the well prepared ' veau aux olives and also ' poulet au citron confit . We have just returned from nights here for a family gathering near by and we absolutely loved it. The room was spotless, large and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and the outside relaxing area was one of the highlights of this...place. The hosts ensure they take good care of every guest and are very attentive.

Excellent food and a warm welcome. Menu was straight forward but very Provençal which is what we wanted. The good news is that Domaine de Pradaous will be open throughout the year.
