Как же нам повезло, что мы попали на эту дегустацию! Во-первых, то, что мы увидели, услышали и попробовали на улиточной ферме, никак не укладывается в понятие "дегустация". Гостеприимный хозяин - Philippe Heritier, после небольшой экскурсии по своим владениям, устроил настоящий пир - на столах, кроме улиток, был сыр (5-6 видов), мясные деликатесы и, конечно, вино, прекрасное домашнее вино (и красное, и белое). Все было очень вкусно! А по окончании этого праздника, все желающие смогли купить различные консервы с креветками и понравившиеся сорта вин.
