The food is undeniably tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired. The ordering process is confusing, and the staff seems careless, which reflects poorly on the new owner. If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes for the wrong order and paying $15 for just a sandwich, this might be the spot for you.
I ordered a pastrami on rye here awhile back based on reviews. I expected more from the fare and ambiance, but ate my sandwich and a few hours later was sick with severe food poisoning. Lost 3 days of work. Can?t even think about pastrami now without feeling queasy. BEWARE! Will never be back.
Sadly, this use to be my go to place for big hearty sandos but the quality has gone downhill. My Italian combo use to be filled to the brim with glorious Italian meats, but now there is a just a couple pieces on there. And the bread was stale. Ugh, I missthe old Dom?s.

100 stars if I could. The best sandwiches, we were vending by here this past weekend and boy did this hit the spot. Customer service just impeccable but these sandwiches are a whole different level of deliciousness! Went three times over the weekend.
This place is great if they actually remember to put meat on your sandwich. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Paid an arm and a leg. Get home and BOOM they forgot to put the god d@!? Turkey on my sandwich. Wish I could get my $15 back
I absolutely love this deli! It's the best! The staff is fantastic, especially Julia, who always goes above and beyond. The sandwiches are incredible—truly unbelievable! I highly recommend checking this place out.

My sister brought me here and I wasn't disappointed. I'm always tired with deli or sandwich spots after many disappointments, but I have to admit that I see what the hype deserves.
