After enjoying their once-delicious meals for many years, I will never settle for their subpar ingredients again. It's truly frustrating.

Update from 07/16/22: The food and friendly service are still top-notch, and they've added more outdoor seating! Their minestrone is fantastic, especially with the Italian meatballs (check out the photo). You can't go wrong with their classic New York-style Italian cuisine. I've enjoyed several dishes, including the Fettuccine Alfredo and the Italian Sausage sandwich, both of which were delicious. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality. While seating can be limited, the food definitely makes it worthwhile!

When we arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday night, with the temperature at 59°F outside, we were told that our only options were to get takeout and sit in the hallway or eat outside. As someone with a chronic illness, I cannot tolerate cold temperatures like that. It's ridiculous that it's already 2022, and they still won’t allow indoor dining. We ended up going to a different city to spend our money instead.

I will never return to this restaurant. The food looked delicious, but unfortunately, I found a hair in it. Additionally, the blonde-haired woman who served us was quite rude and unfriendly. It felt a bit discriminatory, and I’m sorry for being Mexican, but I shouldn't have to deal with such negative attitudes around me and my kids, who are only eight and six and both autistic. On a positive note, the young man at the front was very polite. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had.

This is the best Italian restaurant in Glendora, featuring the friendliest staff. We sampled the fettuccine Alfredo and the meatball sandwich, and both dishes were absolutely delicious!
Now that the remodeling is complete, I plan to visit this place often again. The pizza sandwich is my favorite!
