Dominique's Kitchen

At the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Dominique’s wife, co owner. So welcoming she was, I requested the bar area being solo. Immediately I was greeted by Jonathan, who shared that he would be serving me this evening, and he, from the start to my leaving, was one of the most gracious and gentleman like waiter/bartender/servers I have ever met. I enjoyed sparkling water, Pellegrino – my favorite and a new Argentina Malbec, which is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Celebrated some birthdays at Dominique's and had a great time. Soup of the day was an excellent lobster bisque, escargot was quite tasty with the garlic butter sauce, and great selection of entrees. I ordered the beef bourguignon which was pretty rich and heavy but large portions so you will have leftovers to take home. We paired everything with a 2016 Gigondas from Rhone. Good amount of body and fruity notes to pair with the thick sauce of the beef bourguignon. Big thank you to our server Jonathan who made the experience fun and memorable.

Prepare to embark on a culinary journey through the enchanting world of French cuisine. From the first bite, we knew we were in for a remarkable experience. The menu showcased a harmonious blend of traditional recipes and innovative twists. The Escargot en Croûte melted in our mouths, and the Bouillabaisse took us straight to the shores of Marseille. The attention to detail in each dish, coupled with the warm and knowledgeable staff, made this dining experience truly exceptional.

I love hidden gems like this one! The food is spectacular, just the smell when you walk in, we ordered sooooo much and loved every bite. The service and atmosphere are great; it's a small place but when you walk in it feels homey. We loved the escargot, lobster ravioli, fish special of the day, french onion soup and garlic fries. This is one of my favorite places in the South Bay. It’s the cutest little French restaurant with a nice romantic atmosphere. The food is amazing and service is always impeccable. They have so many delicious dishes, I usually order the chicken pâté and the braised short ribs. I’ve also had the lamb and the filet mignon. All which I’ve enjoyed. Highly recommend Dominque’s.

This place is a FIND. We went for our anniversary and the service was top notch, the food came quickly and was exquisite. We had several appetizers, but we shouldn’t have because they were too delicious and we barely had room for our mains. Also, bonus anniversary dessert! Sweet sweet date spot.

We had traditional dishes as well as the specials, including pasta Ragu and wedge salad with homemade bleu cheese dressing. We also shared a wonderful bottle of wine- their wine list is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and festive and the service is excellent.
