I order pizza for delivery almost every week so I know what I get...today, i ordered my usual (XL margherita with extra mozzerella and they delievered a day old like stale pizza (cheese and bread so dry just like how it looks the day after! without extra cheese....i am convinced that this is not only NOT fresh made pizza out of the oven but probably even a day old....and i cant even call them to complain because the answering system stops halfway never connecting me to anyone. Everything has been really good until today, but this is one mistake? Or is it a mistake? they shouldnt have made....really disappointed. Kids ate it anyway cuz they were hungry but no more ordering at Dominos Servette...
I ordered via the application by paying by Twint the payment went through but no order I called and I was told to reorder and that I would have to pay again and wait to be reimbursed, the problem is known! so I recommended it with card payment on delivery and I still have not been reimbursed by Twint. The service is deplorable for me Dominos is finished and for you if you order do not pay by Twint the site is bugged they have known it for a long time but they do not solve the problem....
Consistently late in the three times ordered and terrible customer service. Today’s pizza was 30 minutes late despite being ordered 2 hours in advance and being an 8 minute drive, no apology no accommodation. Pizza was barely warm. Avoid
Usually always great pizza and service but sometimes staff don’t notice you entered the store for up to 15 minutes despite you trying to get their attention and having an order.
