My order was delayed, so I called to inquire about an updated delivery time. I was told they were working quickly to remake it and get it to me as soon as possible. However, another 45 minutes passed, and I still hadn’t received anything. When I called the store again, they claimed my order had already been delivered. I checked my doorstep and looked at my Ring camera, but there was no sign of any delivery from Domino's. The staff insisted that the pizza had been delivered and that the driver, who had just returned, confirmed this. When we received our pizza, we were very disappointed. While the cheese was melted and the sauce was warm, the dough was severely undercooked, with cold spots all over. This isn't the first time we've had a disappointing experience with this franchise, and it will certainly be our last. I strongly recommend opting for a local pizza place instead, as this franchise clearly struggles with cooking their pizzas properly and took over an hour and a half to deliver!
I can only comment on the pickup orders, but I've consistently found the staff to be attentive, and my food is always ready at just the right temperature—either warm or cool, depending on the dish—without any signs of drying out. I genuinely appreciate a restaurant that keeps salads and dressings away from the warmer! It's the little details that matter, and that's why we stay loyal customers and keep returning.

The cheesy bread was wonderfully cheesy and baked to perfection. From now on, I will make a point to order from this location whenever we crave Domino's. They made the pizza just right; I honestly couldn't have done better myself. I'm very impressed! Thank you for a fantastic experience!
