I have visited Domino's Pizza three times, and while the first two experiences were excellent, my most recent visit a month ago was disappointing. I had pre-ordered three pizzas by phone, but when I arrived 25 minutes later, they hadn’t even been made. I waited in the lobby for over five minutes without any acknowledgment or greeting until I finally had to ask if anyone was aware I was there and if my pizzas were ready. It took another 12 minutes for the pizzas to be prepared, and I left 42 minutes after arriving. When I got home, one pizza was burned, and another was barely covered with sauce and cheese on nearly half of it. Overall, this location needs to improve customer service, quality...
Ordered one cheese pizza, one pepperoni pizza, and an order of wings tonight. Sent my husband to pick it up, but we received two cheese pizzas and wings covered in a strange white sauce that tasted off, like it had gone bad. We've ordered from here before without any problems, except for occasional driver shortages, which isn’t a big deal. I understand they’re short-staffed, but this was a simple order, so it’s disappointing.
This is the best domino's in the area. I only order with them. Their staff is always super friendly and make sure your order is perfect. I've never had any problems with my orders and is always on time. The drivers are amazing at getting your orders to youin a timely manner and remember you by name when they see you out in public even when not at work will still say hi and see howyour doing. This is my #1 place to go.
