My order tonight had 2 hand tossed pizzas both of which arrived cold, burnt on the bottom, and for some reason way thinner (crust) than normal. This is especially concerning as it was the store manager that made my order. I have been ordering Domino'saround the country for 15 years, as well as working at several Domino's in multiple states. I've been ordering from this restaurant for years because we know the owners, and they are highly involved in our community. Up until tonight, I had never encountered any issues. I ordered three pizzas, and the driver left at 5:56 PM. After half an hour, I called to check on the order, and the girl who answered said she would look into it and promised it would arrive in five minutes. At the 50-minute mark, I called again and spoke to the manager after the driver marked the order as completed. I've ordered extra cheese several times and never get it. Workers are rude when I ask about it.
The cashier took my order and then went to prepare the food without putting in any cloves.
Got the Hawian and Peperoni lovers pizza. Both were very good. Will go there again.
