Domino's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

This was a poor customer experience. I had to restrain myself from hyperbole. My pizza was in Quality Check for more than 40 minutes. I still have not received it. If I did not have a sick dog with me, I would have gone more local but I thought I 'dtrust Dominos. I have fantastic One Bite Pizza right across the street. I called the store and was on hold for 20 minutesbefore hanging up. Called again and been waiting 10 minutes now. 30 minutes on hold to make an order or at least that whatrecording message says. My order was placed at 7:32PM and it is now 8:30PM. Still quality check. This location does not pick upthe phone. I should have used AMEX to dispute the charge. Pizza is going to be SO...

I ordered a pizza for my kids and paid for it, but it was never delivered. I didn’t receive any courtesy call to inform me that it wouldn’t be coming. The next morning, I called to inquire about my order and was told that they had come and I didn’t answer my phone when they called, which is not true — I never received a call. I tracked the delivery, and they were never near my house; it seemed they had no intention of delivering my food and just left with it. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person I spoke to claimed to be the manager. When I inquired about how my inconvenience would be addressed, she said she could issue a refund automatically. I will definitely be contacting corpora...

I'm really disappointed to have to give this place just one star. We ordered pizzas and ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes for them to be delivered. We called three times to check on our order and were put on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. When the pizza finally arrived, it was burnt. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.

How is this location still operating? We placed our order at 6:45, but it didn't arrive until 9:05. The order sat in quality control for over an hour, and it seems the QC team must have been asleep, as our pizzas arrived burnt and cold. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my food and 2 hours later still in prep . Nobody ever answers the phone. I am 4 minutes down the road. And all I ordered was a salad and a Brookie ???? There is no reason I should be waiting 2+ hours for myfood. Worst domino 's ever. Do not order from here
