Well I placed an order on line and when it was delivered it was the wrong order! I immediately called and was told that I placed an order for a hand tossed metzia and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold! Long story I had to call back a few more times as the young lady was so rude but I finally got the manager Abdul to whom I explained the order was placed incorrectly and it was my fault. I asked him how can we correct this and I was willing to bring the pizza back to the store. Abdul told me I didn’t have to bring it back and he would send me a thin crust metzia at no additional cost. I got my pizza in about 35 minutes thanks to Abdul, so I am writing this review so his staff would see how to perform great customer service by listening to customer. Thank you Abdul.
i waited an hour for my order to arrive and when they arrived they gave me the wrong order and took my tip. i didn't take it so when i called dominos they told me they?ll make it again and would have to wait after waiting so long. i cancelled my order andwill not be ordering from here again.
