Every time I order from here and not able to tip, the driver gets an attitude. Today he looked at the zero on the receipt, and I think he cursed me out in his language. All I'm saying is, I paid my delivery fee and tips are optional. What if this was all the money I had to feed my family? How you know I don't feel bad for not being able to tip as I know that is how you make your money? I order all the time and this only happens when I don't tip. It's rude and does not make me wanna tip! Other than that, food is great!
Person taking the order for food refuded to acknowledge my presence and immediately picked up the phone and never took my order!!After 3 minutes I took my business to Marcos pizza. Was greeted and order taken. Completely forgot about imos. ! Competition is great. I and other customers do not have to plead to be waited on and pay for food too! Get new staff before your business falls all the way to the ground! Parking: Parking is limited to 6 car slot.and curb parking Wheelchair accessibility: Does not exist!
Looking have been loyal to this imos for a long time. I have had a few items not get delivered in the past but they made up for it. Tonight I had a pizza that was made wrong, not once but twice and they also made me give back the pizza that was wrong. I am sorry but this is the last time I will be ordering here and I really likes our regular delivery driver. Sucks that these home town standards are really falling apart.
I really dont know what it is about this specific imos but I've been coming here for years! My shop is actually closer to the one off page but the pizza from here is always great ??, ive had imos from south stl, Wentzville, Jefferson county, stl county and nothing tops from this place! Must be the extra love they put into it!

Imo's is certainly one of my favorite pizza spots in St. Louis. If you're visiting, you absolutely have to try it. The team at this location was working diligently to prepare orders. The staff was friendly, and the pizza was fantastic!
my boyfriend went up there and got me 8 piece hot wings and while im eating i find feathers still attached and a piece of short blond hair in it i dont have blond hair nor does he i am absolutely appalled and disgusted with this
Pizza great, lil dude that took order didn't seem to want to work there but besides that was all good lol. Actually used to work here like 20 plus years ago
Unsure if salads are pre made or not. Once I removed a few bad pieces of lettuce, the salad was good. The cheese garlic bread was delicious.

My favorite hometown pizza...say what you will about the thin, cracker, crust, and provel cheese, but I've always been a fan!
Ordered chicken strips and toasted ravioli and both were over cooked, not able to eat them.
