orders curb side delivery. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes and called the store just to get hung up on. Only reason I ordered curb side was because i was with my toddler. when I went inside I talked to DeMon who said he's the manager and only said they don't offer the curb side and that there's signs posted didn't even apologize nor offer any discount or free iteam. A bad experience with the deliver we get a cold pizza that was over cooked a sandwich with out chicken and over cooked..So I decided to go to the store to speak to the manager and there was like 10 other people waiting for their orders.At the store I find poor customer service, workers didn't look like they knew what to do, one of the ladies was picking her nose and scratching her head and then preparing pizza so disgusting also arguing each other and when another costumer ask for his order they start arguing each other I wish domino's pizza can go and check the cameras and verify what really was happening tonight 11/27/2021 around 7:45pm to 8:15pm.
I put an order in and an hour later when I called to see the status of my pizza I was told they haven 't even started making it yet, we 're just making orders we received at 6:00. I placed my order at 8:16. Why not just tell customers you can 't take orders at this time because of technical issues or due to being understaffed? Why waste the consumer 's time? You can 't I 'm gonna give you free pizzas, you 're way out of this either... I 'm good on Domino 's. This one location has turned me off from the entire franchise. The lack of professionalism is consistent based on my past experiences but this time I 'm done for real.
The service was professional and fast. I did not appreciate that the kids who took my order and typed on the keyboard went back and made my pizza without gloves and without washing his hands. Proceeded to adjust his earbuds then went back to adding cheese to my pizza.The guy next to him same thing, wiped his hands on the apron when he was done with making 2 pies and continued their conversation until the next pie.Zero hand washing or glove wearing but they had masks on, so I guess I am lucky?The pizzas was for my 6 nephews ages between 3 years and 14 years. I didn't taste it but I hope they don't get sick of Shigella.

I placed a takeout order well before the restaurant's closing hours. However, when I arrived to pick up my order at 10:30pm (they close at 12am), I was informed by the staff that they were already closed and that my order had been cancelled. I did not receive any communication regarding this prior to my arrival. When I asked about their policies and the preparation of my food in relation to the time it was ordered, I was met with a hostile attitude from the staff. The level of professionalism and helpfulness from the staff was extremely lacking. I do not recommend dining at this location.
Horrible. Don’t order from here. Ive never left a review for a single thing but this was really something. Ordered at 9. Quality checking began at 9:25. An hour and 15 minutes pass and it was still quality checking. Tried contacting the store multiple times and was left on hold for more than 30 minutes in total. Ended up just cancelling the order and they were quick with that. Lady who answered was so rude and hung up on me.. hope she’s doing well <3 Don’t order from here, it would be ethically wrong.
Worst customer service ever! I placed an online order and after waiting for an hour, no delivery. I called them to ask about the order. They hung up the phone on me and told me to come pick up the pizza myself. I called again and they had me on hold for 20mins and kept putting me on hold. This establishment is the worst establishment they need new employees and retraining on better customer service.
I absolutely despise this location. I order my food at 6:59pm it’s 9:10pm and I still don’t have my food. Called to check the status and the “MANAGER” supposedly was extremely rude and said he doesn’t care to hear the customers frustration regarding their order. This is the second time I encountered this guy horrible attitude as a so called “MANAGER”.

Horrible, please stay clear! Put an order in for delivery at 8pm and it's 11:19pm yet to be delivered. Called the store and whoever picked up told me customers that put orders in at 6pm are still waiting as well. Place order here at your very own risk. I will give them a 0 if there's that option.
