We placed an online order with our local restaurant. The process went smoothly, as it had in the past. However, after about 40 minutes, we received a call from the Domino's store saying we were not in their delivery area. It is disappointing that we were able to place an order and input our credit card information, only to be told later that we were not eligible for delivery. This inconsistency does not make sense and reflects poorly on the business. It is important for businesses to ensure that orders can only be placed from within their delivery area to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers.
Ordered my pizza to the wrong address, called 6 times to try and tell them to cancel it, no answer each of the 6 times I called. 5 out of the 6 calls it rang so long it eventually just quit ringing and sat there waiting for something. Finally Mohamed, the delivery driver, called me. pPresumably because the people at the address probably told him it wasn’t theirs, and I FINALLY got assistance. Thank you Mohamed. But seriously, what store doesn’t answer the phone? You need more people like Mohamed working there apparently. Thank you again sir!
I ordered pizza online at 8pm and scheduled carry out at 10pm and the order went through but when i went there at 10pm the store was closed even though employees were there inside the store also the website mentions that store closes at 12am. Very bad experience it has been done perviously also with me..!!Either the employees needs better training or the management should take some action for it or the timings at their website needs to be updated…!!
To the driver, I suspect you skipped delivering to me because you didn't see a tip, but I was planning to tip in cash. I will be filing a complaint against you and the rude person on the phone. I hope to have my money refunded. There is no need for a response that pretends to care about customers, as your actions today showed otherwise.

So hit or miss. I have times when they get the pizza here really fast and piping hot but times like tonight, where the tracker says my order was completed and delivered when it wasn’t…I get it 25 minutes later and it is barely warm!

Absolutely terrible, in all aspects. Even the website won't let you call when it takes more than 40min for the pizza to go 1mile.
The quality of the food declined with each order, to the extent that it is no longer worth ordering from this restaurant.

Pizza's are always made decently here. Worth every dollar !
