Domino's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

Submitted online order wait time listed online was 25-40 min. Contacted store after 1hr 10 min of not receiving my order. I was told that the driver was in route with delivery orders and that my order was expected to arrive in the next 15 min or so. So 2 pizza take 1 hr 25 min to get to the customer. And the domino’s location is 4 minutes from my home. Very upsetting. I no things happen but contact the customer to let them no there’s a issue. So after 1i was told that my order was in route and would be another 15 min. I canceled and made other arrangements for dinner so not only did I waste 1 hr 25 min I also had to find something to eat as I never received my order due to extreme wait time.

We placed an online order with our local restaurant. The process went smoothly, as it had in the past. However, after about 40 minutes, we received a call from the Domino's store saying we were not in their delivery area. It is disappointing that we were able to place an order and input our credit card information, only to be told later that we were not eligible for delivery. This inconsistency does not make sense and reflects poorly on the business. It is important for businesses to ensure that orders can only be placed from within their delivery area to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers.

Ordered my pizza to the wrong address, called 6 times to try and tell them to cancel it, no answer each of the 6 times I called. 5 out of the 6 calls it rang so long it eventually just quit ringing and sat there waiting for something. Finally Mohamed, the delivery driver, called me. pPresumably because the people at the address probably told him it wasn’t theirs, and I FINALLY got assistance. Thank you Mohamed. But seriously, what store doesn’t answer the phone? You need more people like Mohamed working there apparently. Thank you again sir!

I ordered pizza online at 8pm and scheduled carry out at 10pm and the order went through but when i went there at 10pm the store was closed even though employees were there inside the store also the website mentions that store closes at 12am. Very bad experience it has been done perviously also with me..!!Either the employees needs better training or the management should take some action for it or the timings at their website needs to be updated…!! Placed an online order at 5:58 pm and 2-1/2 hours later, I did not have my pizza delivered. When I attempted to call the store, the phone just rang and rang. Never again for Domino's Pizza. I will order from a competitor from now on and definitely let my family and friends know of my awful customer experience with the Domino's Pizza in Odenton, Maryland.

absolutely the worse place to order pizza. pizza for dinner and was not delivered after 3 hours. ordering 18 o'clock and pizza never came at 9:30 o'clock. every time we called, we were misleading as the driver is on the move. at some point someone has informed that they have a significant backlog and cannot m when the pizza is delivered.

The food is good and usually fast if you pick up, but 2 stars because for like the the 3rd time recently I wanted delivery and have been waiting 2 hours. Why even offer delivery if I have to eat something else because it took too long to get here and im too disappointed and exhausted to drive there at this point
