Every time we decide to go to this location they get the order wrong. It?s been awhile since we have ordered here and tonight just put the cherry on top as to why we will NEVER order at this location again! Ordered at 4:16 PM, 30 minutes later pizzatracker is still not working so I called to check in make sure everything was OK and order went through, was told they were downto one delivery driver that it will be 30 more minutes. 5:45 PM I called once again to check on my order because now it?s beenover an hour and they told me they?re down to two delivery drivers. Not sure which one was the lie? during the callthey informedme I can pick up my order at the store after I already paid a deliver...
We really love this Domino's! Our pizza is always fresh and hot, just the way we like it. Whenever we have any concerns, they address them promptly, which brings us back time and time again. The day after Hurricane Ian, this was one of the few places open, and the team was working exceptionally hard. Although we had to wait about two hours for our pizza, it was right after the hurricane when much of the area was without power. Sadly, some customers were quite rude, which was disappointing. The manager and staff at this location truly deserve recognition for their dedication and effort.
This is a game called “find chicken”, I bet you can’t find more than a single one. We ordered buffalo chicken pizza and you basically getting buffalo cheese pizza. We were dinning in and asked the worker to come and check the pizza. She couldn’t find chicken in it so told us that they are gonna give another one. I threw that one in trash. This photo is of the second pizza and he just gave us the pizza like we haven’t paid for it. No chicken in it either. Why did they take money then ? So bad and if you need toppings on pizza then look somewhere else.
I just picked up my order and realized I received breadsticks instead of the wings I had requested. I called and spoke with Kim, who offered me a refund, credit, or the option to pick up my wings. I decided to take the credit and was attempting to give some feedback when she abruptly interrupted me and hung up. Her behavior was unprofessional and rude. This is unacceptable—customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. It's free to be polite.

I placed my order at 12:25 AM, only 35 minutes before closing time. Although my order was confirmed and appeared to be on track, it was unexpectedly canceled at 12:54 AM. I'm quite frustrated that they wasted over 20 minutes of my time without fulfilling the confirmed order. If I don't receive a full refund, I will be contacting them to address the issue.
The pizza and brownies we ordered were absolutely perfect! I don't know the names of the employees, but there were three working on Saturday night at 11:30 PM on April 6, 2024. Just in case any owners or managers are reading this, those staff members deserve a raise because they're doing an amazing job!
They're charging $32.00 for a large two-topping pizza—do I really need to say anything more? Just last Friday, it was only $17.00, and nothing has changed since then. That's all I need to mention. If I could give their customer service over the phone a negative rating, I definitely would.
Absolutely Amazing! I make a special trip just to go to this particular Domino's location. The food is fresh and authentic, and you can tell they truly care about their restaurant and how they serve their meals. Simply awesome! Keep up the fantastic work!

I prefer from here every other week. Yay for pizza night! I love their mango habanero wings. And I encourage people to try the pasta in bread bowls. Make sure you get the garlic butter!
It was much better than I was expecting due to the pizza I got at Domino's in Riverview that was terrible multiple times. I'll be coming back to this one.
