They frequently promote their $6.99 two-topping pizzas, but the fine print reveals that the Handmade Pan pizza comes at an additional cost—how much more isn't disclosed until checkout. They even label it as the "best price"—not the price highlighted in large letters, but rather their so-called best price. The FTC should investigate this clear bait-and-switch tactic on a corporate level. This is particularly troubling because California stores can't offer pizzas at that price, leaving customers confused. It's entirely dishonest from the moment you start placing your order.

Domino's has truly impressed me! Although they've always been good, they used to have some consistency issues. However, the location nearest to me on 17th Street and Orange Avenue in Costa Mesa has really stepped up their game. They promptly answer the phone and make an effort to assist you, even when they're busy. When you walk in, you're greeted right away, and they take your order efficiently. I would definitely give them 5 stars. My delivery orders have always arrived hot and, more importantly, accurate. While they're not gourmet, they offer something that gourmet pizzerias often lack: affordability and fresh, hot food. The BBQ Chicken pizza is my favorite!
I ordered a pizza from this Domino's location at 10:00 PM on a Tuesday night after a 4-hour flight. I waited for two hours in my hotel room, but it never arrived. The store hours listed online say they’re open until 1 AM, so I decided to call, but I was put on hold for over 40 minutes. I suggest ordering from a different Domino's. Brianna, the manager, I hope you reevaluate your management skills, as it seems like you’re struggling to run this business effectively.

Do not order a pizza unless you expect to wait 2 hours. I’ve ordered a pizza twice I. The last month both times was quoted 30-40 min and took 2 hours to receive the pizza
