I ordered the chicken and pasta with bread sticks. I was charged 18.47 and when I received it, it only had a portion in it like it was for a toddler. I called to complain about this and the person who answered was rude. She stated that they have to portion the meals out. I asked, so are you telling me that you are charging that much for pasta and bread sticks? She ended up crediting my account but, after I claim my credit, I will not do business with this company again. This is not the fist time I've had a unsatisfied experience!
We had a very good experience with them today. I tried to use a promo code online and did it wrong, so did not get the discount. I called the store fast to see if I could cancel it to try it again. The young man I spoke with was very helpful to understand the problem. With the help of him and his manager, we did it. I have the pizza in the right time. Still warm and super tasty, and the deliveryman was a trooper and very nice. (It was time to rain really hard) Thank you for your hard work!

She fixed the mistake on my order and was willing to pay out of her OWN pocket to maintain my business. That won't be necessary Ms. Klein. You may already have a customer for life! Do indeed patronize this establishment!
I am so disappointed. I ordered at 6:38 pm and didn't receive my order until 8:20 then they didn't bring the right food. I can not eat pizza or sugars. I got lava cakes I didn't order instead of the wings. I just don't know. This has been a few times for this. I can't order from places that does this.

The female employee at this restaurant was extremely impolite. Additionally, she would leave the premises to smoke in her car alone, even though she was the only one on duty. Her hands were visibly dirty, which is a clear violation of sanitation standards.

Waited 2 hours for my food and it was cold and the pizza didn't look to be done in the middle paid over $87.67 they gave me a $25.00 that really can't use and it is not the first time
