Genuinely one of the worst of the Domino’s stores in the chain. The employees have all emotionally given up and don’t care if the customers have a good experience or even the correct food for that matter. Last time I ordered from them I made the mistake of using pinpoint ordering. My driver never showed up and the store said it was my fault for not talking to them. I had to drive all the way to the store for a cold limp pizza with no reimbursement or even an apology. If you hate your job then quit. Stop making me suffer because i want a pizza and you hate your job and dont want to make me a pizza. Theyre delivery sucks, their customer service sucks, its over priced, and they mess up your order every time somehow. Plus when you come back a couple months to try them again even though you know you shouldnt. Every face will be new because they cant keep an employee to save their life. And those new people will hate their life just the same and mess up your pizza and not care when you confront them about it. Late, luke warm, and bare minimum of size and ingredients. More like a piece of crunchy bread loosely scattered with whatever is left in the ingredients. Jalapeño chicken had a total of 4 Jalapeños. Must have counted to go along with the bottom of the bag processed nuggets. Small bits of chicken hard like bullets. Use a smaller box if you're going to do that. Makes the Oliver Twist portions look bigger.
I ordered delivery at 7:00 PM, but the food didn't arrive until 9:00 PM. They still expected a tip and charged the full price. The food had a strong, unpleasant smell. I work at a motel, and we often have half-eaten boxes of pizza from this place left in the rooms, and the odor is overwhelming. This restaurant really needs serious improvements or should be closed down. I wouldn't recommend going there.

This location is fantastic for local delivery!!! They are FAST. My only complaint is front end customer service. You walk in, nobody acknowledges you, and you just stand there and wait thinking, “Did my order go through?” “Am I a ghost?” “Am I dead?”Thankfully their delivery driver showed up and seen me waiting. He was fast and helpful. I love tipping for good service.
Terrible service. Ordered a large 3 topping pizza online for pick up and waited for almost an hour with the status saying prepping on the tracker and never advancing. I went into the restaurant and was told it would take another 20 minutes. Ended up going to Pizza Hut instead and probably will just stick with them from now on.
Altogether Domino's Rockland,Maine has a great menu. Great food and talent amongst the staff. Parking: Front of store I'm thinking 4 regular spots and 1 dissability parking. Plus many other places to park around the store. Wheelchair accessibility: One door bottom floor easy access to door and front counter.
Ordered thin crunchy pizza and it was floppy and not crunchy a little disappointing as I don’t get it very often and was in the mood for a crunch lol. Pizza taste delicious though but what’s the point of getting crunchy pizza if it’s not crunchy

Drove 45 minutes, one way to have domino's. They screwed up my order. So I wasted 90 minutes of my life on top of the gas and money. Plus, I'm still hungry. So I get to cook dinner after trying so hard to avoid doing that.
decent food, no body ever answers the phone. if you have to leave specific instructions for items or delivery good luck.
