Don't order from this dominos. The drivers are liars and didn't read the address correctly. I ordered from them, and it's been a whole 2 hours, and my delivery tracker said 18min-28min. Now I do understand things happen, but don't lie. I’ve ordered from here a couple times, usually for pick up; mostly standard. Most recently though, I ordered delivery since I wasn’t feeling well- I got a medium pan pizza and a custom pasta bowl. The pan pizza was undercooked, but being ill, I didn’t care to make a fuss. The pasta, however, I only got around to eating 2 days later, and what a shock it was to see that there was only noodles, sauce and onions in the bowl! The boldness of the staff in suggesting that customers leave a tip is unbelievable, especially when the lobby is packed with people and they do not attend to the customers in the right order. One of the employees actually walked to the front and grabbed a broom to sweep instead of helping at the register, while I waited for over 10 minutes - during which time I could see my order sitting there. The pizza was delicious, but the loaded bread was undercooked in the middle.
Disgusting! I ordered from here a few days ago and everything I ordered was inedible. The pizza was undercooked, the chicken was cold and smothered in half cooked cheese, and even the salad was gross. I received a promo code to give them another chance and guess what...dinner was ruined yet again. I ordered for my elderly parents and first, they didn't have any sodas besides orange and sprite, which was fine. However, when the order was delivered, there were no sodas with my pizza. Then, I noticed that the pizza looked very plain and safe. But when my parents ate it, they found it to be surprisingly spicy. This experience has made me cross another pizza place off my list. I miss the old school pizzas.
Domino's Pizza (Ridley Park) food is good but in my eyes, the pizza was under cooked and no crispy when arriving 3 minutes after the Ready time notification from the Domino's Pizza App. All the side foods were good on my order but the pizza tasted a little doughy and would just flop over while trying to eat it.
I ordered from this restaurant for the first time in a while tonight. The large pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni and was filled with bubbles. The crust was good, but I felt like I paid for breadsticks with marinara sauce. The customer service was lacking. On a positive note, the cinnamon twists were very good.
