My address isn’t listed in the delivery app, but they always deliver here and to my neighbors. Normally, I would place a carryout order and then call to request a change to delivery, paying over the phone. Everything has usually gone smoothly; I pay and receive my food without any issues. However, lately, I haven't been able to get through to anyone on the phone—the line just keeps ringing, and no one answers. I received an email confirming my order, which included a phone number for any questions or concerns, but I’ve called four times with no response. I usually order from this restaurant and find the food to be quite good, but tonight was a completely different experience! I ordered a few pizzas, and every single one of them looked like it had been drenched in grease. It wasn't just the usual pizza grease; I honestly thought they had slathered buffalo sauce all over them, but it was just an overwhelming amount of grease that even smelled bad! I understand that pizza can be greasy, but this was beyond excessive. I live too far away to return to the restaurant, and when I tried calling them four times, no one picked up the phone. I'm really frustrated with this place! It's just unacceptable!
I 've been a customer at this location for over 8yrs. The past 6 months or so the quality has dropped.. I 've been compensated 3 times in that period with free pizza. The latests issue is NO delivery service for online orders...this seems random throughoutthe day. I 've started an online order in the past(it even gave me the approximate delivery time), only to get an error whenchecking out. And going back to the summary shows carry out only. I 'm sure covid has a lot to do with the quality problems,but deliveries are their bread and butter. If I find an answer to why the delivery service is stopped, I 'll update this.

I would rate zero if it allowed. Not sure what happened to this store but it?s kind of ridiculous. Online ordering keeps getting shut off, then I place an order for carry out and it?s telling me my order is in the oven but store appears closed. No one isanswering the phone. Out of ham every day. Just a poorly operated location. I live 5 minutes from this store but will opt tochoose pizza options in Mount Olive in the future.
Years ago this place was reliable. Not sure what happened and I'm not sure why I continue to order from here. (Only place nearby that delivers I guess) Now the site no longer tracks the status and I have to call every time to ask where my order is. The food is usually good though. Update 2023...service still bad/Tabatha with the nasty attitude needs to do better.
I had to go pick up my pizza after it was not delivered as promised. When I raised my concerns with the store manager, he refused to give me my pizza and asked me to leave simply because I complained about being put on hold when I called to ask about my order. Instead of addressing my concerns, the manager chose to deny me service.
The delivery drivers are always friendly and pleasant to talk to. Our orders are consistently accurate. While the current wait time is longer than usual due to a shortage of staff, we understand and will keep ordering from the Five Points location. We appreciate the hard work of the employees. I didn't wait long for my order at the restaurant. It was clean, and the staff member who took care of me was friendly. Overall, I had a great experience. I really enjoy Domino's Pizza! I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $20 and $30.
