I order from Domino's quite often, but lately, I've been disappointed with what I'm getting for my money. For starters, the app doesn't let you choose as many toppings as you'd like, despite us being the ones paying for it. When I do pay for extra toppings, they often don't appear on my pizza. I've taken several photos as evidence, tried to talk to the managers, but they've just hung up on me. Whenever I visit the store in person, the staff is usually very rude. I've even noticed some employees coming from the restroom without washing their hands before returning to work. I order from Domino's quite often, but recently I haven't been receiving the quality I expect for my money. When I pay for extra toppings, I expect to actually get them. I've tried calling to address the issue, but they've hung up on me. The staff are consistently rude, but all I really want is to get what I paid for. I've taken pictures each time, and they don't match what’s listed on my receipt.
Great service and super fast. Food is good and the variety is awesome. I would eat here over some of the Italian restaurants we have, better price, better taste and better service.
My order was on hold for about 13 minutes before I called, and I was told it would be ready in the next 15 minutes, so the total wait time was around 50 minutes.

I always order online, and the delivery is super fast. When I pick up my order, it's always ready on time. I also really like the tracker feature!
I enjoy having pizza occasionally, not too often, but I do appreciate the service at Domino's Pizza and the variety offered on their menu.
So sad. Was really looking forward to tasting one of my old favorites again! Bad customer service and worse pizza ?
