I ordered pizza and chicken bites last night and was informed it would take 30-40 minutes for preparation and delivery. However, even after an hour, it hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, they couldn't provide an estimated time of arrival. Deciding to pick it up myself, I was then told at the store that the driver had just left. Returning home, I found the delivery still hadn't arrived. Further calls to the store only yielded the response that it was on its way. Despite driving the same route as the driver, there was no sign of my order. I ordered pizza and pasta from here . Tracker showed it was delivered but we never got the pizza . I called the store and the guy who delivers it said he already delivered it and made me feel like I was lying to them . Then they realized there mistake , he delivered it at the wrong address and he wanted me to go and find it in my apartment community.It was 9.30 pm in the night .when I wanted to talk to store manager they offered me a free 2 liter soda bottle . My kid was waiting for his pizza this is the response I get. Worst experience ever so rude and extremely unprofessional .

Ordered pizza and bites for family dinner. Even after 50 mins no order arrived. After calling them I was told it was a takeout order and it was my mistake. After few mins talking to her colleague the person on phone shared that they made a mistake.She offered me pickup the order or cancel the order. There was no apologies for the mistake and delay in order. Complete lack of empathy of customer even after mistake in order.I was not offered a newer pizza even when it was sitting in store for 1 hr. The young man who served us was very friendly and considerate. Other places need to replicate that. The pizza was very delicious. The atmosphere was good.
