Very poor quality of presenting with an excessive amount of cheese, lacking any skillful control of portions nor human touch.The unappetizing appearance of hugely dumped cheese led to almost everything being thrown away immediately. Regretful that I didn't inspect the contents in the store to dispose of it right then. Genuinely disappointing.I owe never to visit the store again.

Tried the new pan pizza and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service was lackluster. My carry out order was messed up and I had to wait 20 minutes. After a while, it was apparent they forgot I was waiting for something. There was never even as much as an apology. I'll be trying other locations for carry out next

Used to order at least once a week but one recent experience changed it all. Owner/chef is extremely rude and unprofessional, misbehaves with the customers (feel bad for him, probably overworked, but thats no reason to abuse the customer). They didnt quality check my pizzas at all. A spare onion was on my meatzza and they didnt even follow my order that asked for no ham. The other pizza also had wrong toppings!Not to mention EVERYTIME I order something else off the menu here it comes out looking burnt to a crisp if it was in the oven

John was a very sweet guy and I appreciated him taking a little bit of extra time to actually make me happy with my order.. It is a hard place to really come to when it comes to food but I was still able to get what I needed to with John. Thank you.

this is the worst service i have ever recieved. we ordered a pizza at 7, at 8 they sent us the wrong one and then told us they were correcting the mistake. it is now 10:30 and we hve tried calling multiple times just to be ignored or hung up on

Service is usually excellent at this location. Apparently only 1 working tonight it took an hour for a carryout pizza. Ordered at 7:53, estimated pickup time was 8:17-8:27. Pizza was ready at about 8:55. Reserva una mesa ahora

Worst pasta primavera ever!! This pasta at other locations is so good. This location sucks. Burnt cheese, meager amount of toppings, dry and tasteless. The owner is arrogant.

Got my pizza wrong, not once, but twice. Also took over 45 minutes twice. I live 5 minutes away.
