I called to place a delivery order and gave them my address, but they said they couldn't deliver to me and suggested I call the Benfleet location instead. When I called Benfleet, they were closed so I called back the Rayleigh location. The person on the phone made me wait for 6 minutes before asking for my address again. After confirming that I had called earlier, he said they don't deliver to Rayleigh even though the restaurant is located there. His attitude was rude and I was disappointed with the service. I would appreciate a discount on my next order from any Domino's Pizza location, despite it being close to where I live.
Always order from dominos when fancy treating ourselves and never had a problem except the last time.We ordered the hollyoaks deal which comes with pizza,garlic bread and warm cookies,which my wife loves.When we ate our pizza and side we discovered they gave us a substitute,instead of cookies they gave us chocolate fudge brownie instead,we dont like that so threw it in the bin.I rang up to complain and they told us they had run out of the said item.Poor service,the normal practice is to ring up the customer to tell them, not just give them something else that they might like.
Recieved our food after 1.5 hours, it was cold. Called to tell staff about it and was given two options wait another 1.5 hours for a fresh one or get credit for the next time we ordered, decided to wait because we dont intend to use this place again. Food finally arrived around 10pm this time the food was warm! I wouldnt mind if i lived a distance from the place but we are only 5 minutes away. No appologies from the manager or any priority given in relation to replacing the first pizza so will not be going back. P.s. there was no warning thqt the waiting time was 1.5 hours.
My girlfriend lives in Rayleigh, Essex and Dominion's Pizza is only a 10-minute drive away. When we called to place an order, the person on the phone insisted that our address was in Benfleet, not Rayleigh, and refused to take our order. Their attitude was hostile and unpleasant, as if they were in a bad mood.

I have never had any issues with this restaurant. The pizza is always made correctly and delivered promptly. I often use the app on my phone for convenience. The manager used to be a little grumpy, but I have not been to the shop in years and he may not be there anymore.
The food took over an hour to get to leigh on sea and when it arrived it was stone cold ! When I phoned and complained I was told it was probably down to traffic ! I asked why was this my fault ? Only to be told it’s not ours ! Very rude !!!
I prefer Domino's because of the quality of the ingredients, but must admit that unless you are availing yourself of one of their offers the cost can be too high. This is the same across most pizza retailers, so is not unique to Domino's.
I have tried the Pizza 's from here but have found them to be rather oily especially with a pepperoni; Unfortunately for this reason 'I 'm out '! Having said that My Son regularly gets his pizzas from here!

Love there pizza and sides always consistent in taste which is good food is always delivered hot and staff always friendly and reasonable prices if you make the most of the deals
Regulars here and love the pizza, always good when they have offers on but quite expensive without them. Pizzas are spot on 9 times out of ten!
