This Domino's location is a bit of a disgrace. Tonight we ordered and specified NO GARLIC OIL on any of the pizzas. My nephew has an allergy to garlic. Luckly, we checked the pizzas before leaving because all of them had garlic and had to be remade. So, we went out to the car to wait for them to get made. Twenty minutes later we come back in and one of the gentlemen, who seemed to be the manager since he took responsibility, informed us that the pizzas needed to be remade because they had garlic on them again! Make sure you check your order before leaving! They dont care about your order and will be a hassle to resolve anything. I ordered the hearty marinara pasta with sausage for lunch, picked it up and when I got home and opened the box, it was an Alfredo pasta with cabbage. I hate Alfredo or cabbage and made sure to mention that in the instructions. I called the store asking if they can deliver the correct order and they refused, I asked for a refund and was told to call back the next day to speak with Renee (manager) and that she will provide a credit for next time. I call Renee and she said she'll process the refund but no credit for the inconvenience. Way to take care of your loyal customers...
Generally, the service is decent when you order delivery, but picking up your food is a different story—it’s painfully slow! I waited over 30 minutes beyond the expected pickup time, and they hadn't even started my order until I arrived. I would have received my food faster if I had chosen delivery instead. Additionally, I noticed the pizza makers touching their faces and noses without wearing gloves, which was quite off-putting. Overall, it seems disorganized and sluggish, and they seemed indifferent to carryout orders.
I am disappointed!!! I order a Large pizza- half pepperoni and cheese. When I got home with my friends, THERE WAS NO TOMATO SAUCE!!!! Just cheese! I know I didn't order cheese bread! WHAT FxCKING PIZZA HAVE NO TOMATO SAUCE???!!!! We tried to have an open mind and eat but the cheese tasted like cottage cheese, and it had us gagging to the point I almost threw up. Lets just say, we only ate the crust and none of us wanted the rest of the slices! So disappointed. Never ordering here again.

I was really dissatisfied with the food I got from this place tonight. I’d have to say this is by far the worst food I’ve gotten from a dominos restaurant. The food was messy and handled very poorly. Truly a waste of money and I won’t be eating here again after this experience. This place needs either new management or to be closed because I don’t understand how you can settle for such low standards.
Ordered a pie for delivery. 97 minutes later, still no pizza. Upon inquiry, staff was apologetic but ignorant as to why our pizza hadnt been delivered. The only solution they offered was to wait another hour for our pizza! ? You got me once, not gonna get me twice!!! Don’t waste your time with Dominos! Or do, it’s up to you.
Bustling pick up area. There are too many drivers congregating in such a small space. I just don't think our Bryans Road, MD store cares about the look of the pizza.. looks stale, overcooked, and broiled ashy topping. I just can't anymore, and I have 4 teenagers to feed on a regular.
Getting sloppy........ past 3 orders have been wrong or pizza has been smashed. Can't Even get ahold of them by phone to tell them the issue.
