Spent money to earn a free pizza, the free pizza was delivered and prepared incorrectly. I was promised this order to be honored by a team member at the local store. When my family tried to redeem that moral act. I was told there was no record of that promise and even when providing a order number, date, and time stamp. No records could be reviewed. And I was told only Managment could. I asked to speak to management and was abruptly hung up on. The call center outsourced to, I spoke with next and they says they could not honor their promotion and would have to transfer me to the same store that could not honor a pizza as they so greatly advertise all these rewards and ensentives. This Domino's location is conveniently close to me and the food is consistently good with great customer service. However, the last two times I went to pick up my order within the specified time frame, I did not receive my order in a timely manner and was not credited for the free pizza offer. Additionally, my thin crust pizza was burned around the edges and not edible. I am extremely frustrated and will be choosing another Domino's or Papa John's in the future. One mistake is all it takes to lose a customer.
This is my closest Dominos and the food is usually good and great customer service. BUT I have done a curbside pick up the last 2 times I went and even though it was during the correct time frame, when I didn't receive my order in 2 minutes, I was NOT credited for the free pizza. Also my thin crust pizza was burned around the edges and not edible. I'm really frustrated and will be going to either another Dominos or Papa John's in the future. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
customer service was ever 20 minutes in wait and then put back on the retrieved again for another 20 minutes hanged back then retrieving and was put back in the hold! extremely rude customer service from whoever the phone unnecessarily answered to say I would not recommend to order from them above that last time when I commanded to be knochenlose nun from them was less than 50 Reserva una mesa ahora
I placed an order for a pizza 2 hours ago, it never came I called 6 times and the “manager” never answered my calls…I will never order pizza from this store again and will be letting everyone I know how sorry they are! Clearly someone dosent know how to do their job! RIP Domino’s, your reputation is going right down the drain with Pizza Hut! ??
