If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered through the app, my card was charged, yet the store said there was no order. Claimed it was a bank error. Called my bank, they said no, Dominos definitely got the money. Called the store again, texted the manager a screenshot of the order AND the notification from my bank that the charge went through. Tried to call the customer service line, no human help only bots. Luckily, I decided to try a local place. They delivered in twenty minutes, were 5 dollars less for two large pies, and it was much better than dominos. Will never order from them again, and deleted the app from my phone. Ordered buffalo and mango habanero wings from here and they were some of the nastiest I have ever had. The buffalo wings were somehow extremely soggy, yet only had a few drops of sauce on each wing. The mango habanero wings had an adequate amount of sauce but tasted and smelt as though they may have gone bad. I had to spit them out after the first bite. I realize that it is hard to find reliable employees at this time, but someone should be checking the quality of what comes out of this restaurant.
Absolutely horrible service they always forget items. I am not the type of person to complain but whoever reads this please know that this location steals money. I have ordered 5 times from this place and they always without fail. Forget to bring something u pay for and then tell u they are sending it out and then never show. This location owes me 40 dollars and they have yet to give it back to me or compensate me. Do Not Order from here
I've met good people from here before, but ever since this new driver, an older guy, he's made my Domino's experience worse. Tonight he demanded I give him a higher tip next time and threatened to not give me my next order, even slammed my food on my hands! I frequently ordered from Domino's all the time, especially during my long shifts, but I'm certain I won't be ordering from them again. Shame.

This is my go-to Domino's location in Ledgewood. The staff is friendly and the overall quality is good. However, sometimes the amount of veggies on the pizza can be lacking, depending on who is preparing it. Their breadsticks, cheesy bread, and brownie cake are delicious. There was one young guy working there who was very arrogant, but thankfully he is no longer employed at the store.
first time trying dominos pan style pizza. half jalapeno half plain well done. it rocked. I don't plan on going back to pizza hut anytime soon since it's much farther away than dominos, just hope this wasn't a fluke. folks workin there Tuesday night were super nice. also need more jalapenos
On weekends, the delivery driver Joseph at this location has been reported to add unauthorized tips to customers' bills and even refuse to deliver food. His behavior is unacceptable and I believe he should be terminated. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office about this issue.
I'm shocked this location has less than 4 stars...they do take time with delivery...however we have never had bad food or a messed up order. The pizza, wings, and cheesey bread are all staples we order and each time they have been delicious! Please try this location for yourself!

It took more than an hour for my pizza to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The mushroom toppings were dry and tasted like cardboard. I do not recommend getting delivery from this restaurant. Carry-out might be a better option.
