I placed an online order at 2:49 on 1/9/22 for delivery. Payment went through and all. I have kids at home waiting on their pizza. At 4:24 pm I called to see where is the pizza. Only to be told by someone half asleep there is not a delivery person available until 5 pm. No apology or anything only can you come pick up the order. I asked would the order be remade since it's been over an hour. Silence on the line then a reluctant i guess so. This is a huge inconvenience as I am experiencing the raft of covid right now. If you prefer to avoid food that may have touched the floor, I'd suggest skipping this restaurant! My wife and I ordered two pizzas, but unfortunately, the Brooklyn pizza was a soggy disaster. While my wife's pizza was better, I still wasn't happy with it. After several failed attempts to reach out to the restaurant, I decided to drive there to request a refund for my pizza and the delivery fee. The staff member at the counter suggested refunding my entire order and charging me for the other pizza instead. I agreed, but then he attempted to charge me a higher price for the replacement pizza. The online ordering process was smooth and efficient, especially with the ability to save previous orders. The pizza chef at the restaurant was very talented and even had a look reminiscent of Jimi Hendrix. While the pizza itself was only average, the $20 price tag made it hard to find fault. My partner, who is 110 pounds, impressively polished off almost an entire large pizza with five toppings, leaving just one slice behind.
I'm 100% done with dominoes. I understand things happen but this isn't the 1st or 3nd time this has happened. The last time I called and was told I have no control over it, if you want you can drive up here and ill remake it This shouldn't have ever left the store and whoever cut this brownie had to notice it wasn't right. You can't even pick it up its so gooey.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful! The pizza was better than expected! Next time we go to the big Wolfshütte we will definitely order again from here!
Not likely to return service was good but wouldn’t take cash to pay had to take card for 80$ order bs good luck if you ever visit we will not return
Make sure to request extra frosting for your cinnamon twists at this restaurant! They only provided one serving, and I wished I had more.
