the first and last time I delivered my pizza from here. that is the exact reason why papa john’s is my choice for pizza delivery. I put my order a little after 7At 7:34 they told me my pizza was prepared at 8:52 I called the load because my order never went into the many. she said they were on the road and my pizza is not going in until the driver is on the way back into the load. Now I can understand, and I was grateful. at 9:07 my pizza was on the way around 10:05 my pizza has not yet come into my house. Order from this location all the time. I order garlic sauce all the time maybe 5 or 6 at a time. NEVER received them in one order. Finally called about and the MANAGER Pye hung up on me twice. Not to mention, I paid with credit card and the driver arrives and tells my son that 'll be 19 bucks this location is convenient but a joke. ? Needs a management change.

I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to order two pizzas. When a staff member finally came on the line, I told him I wanted delivery, but he informed me it would take 1.5 hours. I decided to pick up the order instead, but then he put me on hold again for another 15 minutes. When he returned, he asked me to hold once more. I ended up hanging up.

I called them with an urgent order for six pizzas in the middle of the day on a Saturday. someone actually picked up the phone (not a robot!) the pizzas were finished in 15 minutes, and they tasted good. the manager is great!

about an hour and pizza still shows in the prep status that I called and was tried for 10 minutes in waiting to calm several time and could not go through. never again
