I like to order the parmesian bites with no cheese and with extra sauce. I've order it this way 30+ times from Domino's. The driver messed my food up and let all the sauce spill out. When I called the store the GM got on the phone and told me I'm not allowed to have it made this way and I have to get them the way it comes. Completely rude and not customer friendly. Your driver mess up and you are blaming me because I wanted extra sauce and no cheese. Get competent drivers who know how to handle food. I don't get delivery ever but with corvid 19 around I can't pick up my food myself. Great way to support the customers giving you money jerk.
My experience with Domino's Pizza was very disappointing. I placed an order, and it took an hour just to update the status to "out for delivery," then another 30 minutes passed. When I inquired about my order, they claimed it had been delivered. I received three missed calls and a voicemail but never found the delivery person, despite waiting outside the entire time. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order. Their menu might look appealing, but the service is unreliable. I strongly advise avoiding this place, as the staff were dishonest and very unprofessional.
The customer service at this restaurant is dreadful. All the delivery drivers have quit since the manager took over. I waited on hold for over two hours without any compensation, tried contacting the store and got hung up on twice. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.
I wish i could give no stars as they deserve none. Horrible service, please ensure your order before taking carry out, if by chance you found your food bad after takeout then as per them even if its rotten its not their headache. This is how pizza looks from this location

Do not eat here Poor excuse for a manager holds grudges against costumers when food isn?t properly delivered. I got food poisoning last night from undercooked chicken. Please save your money and order from somewhere else.
The restaurant does not answer their phone. Additionally, I waited four hours for my food and cannot even call to inquire about its status. It seems that they have disconnected the phone, as we have not placed an order.
This is 10 domino's wings, looks like 8 to me. And the pizza was suppose to have alfredo sauce, looks like regular sauce. I just ordered a $36 joke will not be back, just read all the other 1star reviews, wish I did...
The Domino's Pizza in Bryn Mawr is exceptionally clean and efficiently managed. Compared to other fast food chains, they truly take pride in their work. I highly recommend this location.
