So I wrote a review before about a person who helped me and along with her sister. I know this shady but I am I taking it back. They couldn't refund me my money so I opted for a store credit. Fine no big deal. I went it got wings on my lunch, which they were awful, but its ok. I didn't complain about the wings. But this is what happened today. I tried to call in order and said I have to order online with any store credit. This place has several significant issues with their management. My orders frequently come with missing items, once the delivery driver failed to deliver anything at all but marked the order as complete. Their phone line is unresponsive and vapid when it comes to addressing complaints, often putting me on hold indefinitely before just hanging up on me. I once found several hairs under the cheese in the pizza. Domino’s will be losing my business indefinitely due to the poor service and hygiene issues at this location. I will not respond to automated messages telling me to reach out via their ticket system, so please don’t concern yourself with responding, Domino’s.
TERRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Check my other reviews this is legit!I ordered a 16 inch veggie on line yesterday afternoon around 5pm and picked it up 20 minutes later. Normally you pick up a pizza box you expect it to be HOT on the bottom mine was not…. I get home 5 minutes away and open the box and the pizza was “warm” maybe just above room temperature. It looked AND tasted like it was cooked yesterday. My wife called to complain and the guy on the phone said they had just cooked it. Live and learn. After waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes for my pizza I called to cancel the order. Prior to that I called couple of times and we get the generic answer of the pizza is on the way , we are very busy , our computer system is not working well . The staff was poorly trained and never bothered to look that they never made the pizza. I suspect they will never refund my money to my credit card either, And I will have to call my credit card to cancel the chart.

I ordered a pizza today at 6:20 pm from this location. It's been over an hour and no show. I called the store and proddi the manager was horrible and told me to come pick it up if i wanted it or else he would cancel it since they refuce to honor my delivery order. That he din't care off my business and when you order it a robot that take the orders. Dont order from this location. Waist off time...
Delivery orders from this restaurant often arrive with missing items. It can be quite frustrating when some family members are able to eat while others have to wait for the driver to return to the store to get the missing items. Be cautious when ordering from here.
The restaurant prepared the pizza incorrectly despite multiple confirmations (even in person) and refused to provide a refund. Our family was unable to eat the pizza due to the meat toppings, so we essentially paid for nothing.
Pizza is consistently good. Staff in store need to be responsive and customer friendly not just stand around and wait to be called upon when picking up a carry out.

I come here often. The workers are always friendly, and they also seem to know me when whenever I show up, since they hand the pizza straight to me.
The Domino's app failed 3x so I called the local store. The quickly and politely took my order.
