We encountered a minor issue with our order, where one item was duplicated instead of receiving two different pizzas. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They quickly remade the pizza and even kept the original warm for us while we waited. They also offered an additional pizza as an apology. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable! A special thanks to the team in Tonbridge, especially Mada, who served us during the busy Christmas season!
