Overall, this restaurant is decent. However, during my latest visit, they made an error with my pizza, and I had to call four times to get in touch with someone. I was put on hold several times for 10 to 15 minutes, and either got hung up on or was simply left without a response. When I returned to the store, an immature employee quietly told me to "get over it" when I requested to speak to a manager about the service. This behavior is very disappointing and unacceptable. The manager also had nothing to address my concerns.
I had an issue with my order from Domino's Pizza. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. When I arrived, the door was locked. The service was very poor, and I was unable to cancel my order. The menu options were irrelevant since I couldn't get any help.
I placed an order with Domino's but received the wrong pizza and soda. When I called to report the issue, they sent the incorrect items again—twice! I even visited the store in person, and the girl at the counter was laughing as if it was a joke.
I really enjoy this location. They supported us throughout the challenges of 2020, especially the drivers. Everyone ensures that we are well taken care of. Keep up the fantastic work, and we’ll continue to order more pizza!
