Domino's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

My son and I placed orders online for carryout. I ordered pizza and wings and he ordered the same at about 1pm. I chose to pay for my order in store and my son prepaid for his order. Anyhow, we were notified via email that our orders were ready for pickup by 145pm. I didn 't walk in to pick up both orders until almost 255pm. A whole two hours after we had ordered online and more than one hour after we were notified. When I walked in 255pm my order was ready with no issues. However, my son 's order which was one thin crust pizza, wings, and a 2 liter of soda was not ready!!! A whole 2 hours after we initially ordered and 1 hour after the notification that our order was ready. So, I had to ask...

Its usually a delicious pizza with generous amounts of toppings including the sauce BUT this time the pizza was made super skimpy. We called to inform them we got cheated out of our jalapenos on the large 3 topping pizza that included pepperoni, sausage and jalapenos and they offered to replace it. 3-4 minutes later the lady calls back to tell me to return the old pizza. Heres the pizza/tortilla we returned. This time we ordered 3 large pizzas and spent $26.25. Too be honest- its MEDIOCRE. We should've went to Little Caesars for 3 extra most bestests and saved $10 and couldve been happy!! BTW what cheesy goodness?

This location has very poor customer service the guys answer the calls are really poor service and very rude. If you don?t like your job find another one. Some one should teach them how customer service works
