Domino's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

Ordered on the website. They have a way of tracking your order and where the driver goes like on doordash or Uber eats. Watched the driver never come near my location and go straight back to the restaurant after dropping off another order. Suddenly the website says order delivered. Called the store to see what happened and they claimed that because I didn't answer when he called, he brought the food back to the restaurant. This makes no sense seeing as I prepaid and he could have just left the order outside, they have contactless delivery. I checked my phone and no one tried to call. We order from here often because I work late and it's one of the few places open. My order's never been wrong. The staff has always been pleasant, but I do notice they always seem understaffed. I can relate and know how stressful that can be. Especially on a Friday and Saturday night. I feel for these employees that are constantly running around trying to get everyone's orders ready because ai have literally never seen this store slow. There's always a minimum of 5 cars outside waiting for their orders even at midnight. Hang in there guys ?

The worst Domino's store I've ever been to. Rude staff. I placed an order which said it was delivered but never arrived. Tried calling the store around 15 times but to no avail. Went to the store and the staff was rude and they told me to come some other day and they can't and won't do anything about the issue. Wow!!!

Worst customer service ever. Order a pizza at 5 pm took 2 hours to get my pizza and showed up cold. The are refusing to issue a refund who wants a credit when it takes 2 hours to get food. This is the second time they failed to deliver on time and deliver cold food to me. Avoid this place at all cost. !! Thieves !! Reserva una mesa ahora

They literally have the worst service out of any pizza place they have they messed up my order multiple times always late I have never reported anybody but they are really awful they actually hung up the phone in my face

Food always comes late and my wife always has a problem contacting the store. Went in today to resolve an issue from a couple nights ago. A manager named Zach was completely proffesional and helped me out within seconds.

I will never order from this Domino's again. I placed my order at 2:15 PM, and now it's 4 PM, with the tracking saying it has been "out for delivery" since 3 PM. I attempted to call, but no one answered.

I waited for my pizza and I saw that the staff could wash the hands several times. many thanks for keeping the right procedures for making food.
