I had a big party and wanted to order 30 cakes. I'll call and the person doesn't understand English. I asked myself to speak to someone else to make sure my order is correct and he hung on me. I called back and one lady answered and I asked a manager. She's holding me down and shutting off the phone. I'll call again and they'll be ignored, and managers aren't even there to deal with the situation. Congratulations! you lost a loyal customer. if they want to hire Spanish speaking staff. at least one English-speaking employee. not everyone knows Spanish.
I've been coming to the dominos in the north mountains for years. Today, I can say for the first time that I am disgusting and disappointed by one of their employees. after the cashier gave money to go away to another employee who garlic nodes on a pan to bake them, he took no time to go wash his hands and stayed on touching the garlic node after the deposit of the geld. then he started touching teig to make pizza. very careless
So I tried online order on like 12a spirit they were open until 2a it didn't leave me so I could perücken or pasta as they were already made in my car and drive there and she informed me on 1250a they could not cook pizza or sandwiches anymore. it would be a zero star if I could. that was more than an hour before they were closed!
this situation is absolutely terrible. in the last months I noticed the strong service decline. corporate must look into this place. last time, I had a shipper who refused to deliver. now my order says he was delivered if that's not the case. with all these terrible reviews, why didn't the company do anything?
