I strongly advise against placing orders online or over the phone. You'll find that someone in India takes your information, but your order may never be processed. When you arrive to pick it up, they won’t have your order ready. If you try to call back, they just redirect you to the store. Since my order was over $50, I had to pay in advance. Now I’m left with the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank. This overseas call center operation isn’t effective at all. Domino’s really needs to reassess this policy!
My experience at Domino's Pizza was very disappointing. The service was awful, and I have no plans to order from them again. I waited for an hour for my order, and when I called to check on it, the woman I spoke to abruptly hung up on me. I was polite throughout, so I don’t understand her reaction. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as they reflected my own experience. Additionally, their delivery service is unreliable and consistently poor.
Do not place order online or over the phone.Someone in India will take all the info and will not place the order, when you go to pickup, they don’t have ur order, when you call the number back they just transfer back to the store, since is more then $50, you have to pay up front.Now have to call the bank to dispute the transaction.This type of call center overseas it’s really not working.Dominos should review this policy!!!!
I can't recommend this place. I recently moved from Brooklyn, and my daughter absolutely loves Domino’s, but it just doesn’t hit the same in West Orange. Maybe it's the water in New Jersey, but the pizza was dry, burnt, and pretty cold by the time it got here. I’m giving it 2 stars only because the wings were decent, but even that’s a stretch. Honestly, Pizza Hut is the better option in this area.

Worst experience. The service horrible.NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I waited an hour and the food didn’t arrive and then called and the lady just hung up, I wasn’t rude so I don’t understand why she would hang up on me. I wish I read the reviews because all of them say the exact thing i am saying. Also never rely on the delivery it is horrible the place can’t do their joke.
Don 't do it. They take forever for delivery (I 'm going on over an hour and a half. When you try to call no one answers. You 're on hold for 5 minutes then the call drops. When you finally reach someone, you 're told I 'm the only one in a store. Mind you it 's a Football Sunday. Why do you only have one person working in a pizza store on a football Sunday?
Worst pizza place in Orange, New Jersey! I ordered at 9:30, and it’s now 11:01. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They kept us waiting forever. I was just trying to have a sleepover with my little cousins, and we ended up waiting way too long. Seriously, improve your service—Papa John’s is much better!
I call them for a medium pie to carry out. It took me 10 minute to drive at the store. When I arrived, they said they didn’t make the pizza yet. So I started waiting. I waited for 25 minutes then they brought me 4 pizza which I didn’t order. They didn’t make my pizza.

I ordered two pizzas and received one for free due to my reward points. However, one of the pizzas was supposed to be a Meatzza, but they forgot to put any meat on it. It's surprising given that there's a 50% off promotion happening online.
