When I went down after 1 minute, I saw that he had left the building without giving me the pizza, so I called dominos Pizza candidate and they said that I was the supplier back. after 8 minutes the driver did not come so called again domino for a refund. then the supplier appeared with a stupid excuse and contested with me all the time when I asked him why he went, then he put my 4 pizzas on the floor to pick me up and I told him to approach the pizzas as a door when near the beginning not the keys have to enter my home again, he told me very rudely to stay away from him and he went out with the floor...

After having a bad experience from Pizza Hut, who are a well known pizza restaurant, scolded me in a very bad manner for not putting my phone number on my online order, after...which not receiving the order for another 50 mins, I called them, they started scolding me. The staff answering the phone at this restaurant were extremely rude. After waiting for over an hour for a pizza order that still hadn't arrived, I called to inquire about the delay and was met with a dismissive and unapologetic response from a girl who seemed disinterested. After waiting for two hours without any resolution or apology, I feel that the situation was greatly mishandled. It should not be difficult to provide a basic level of customer service. I am extremely frustrated after my recent experience at the Southgate restaurant. When I asked for a ham and pepperoni pizza with ham on one side and pepperoni on the other, I was told it was not possible due to a reduced menu. The store manager, Maria, was unhelpful and robotic, stating that the company no longer makes half and half pizzas. I found this policy to be ridiculous, as it would not be difficult to simply separate the toppings. It seems that the employees are more concerned with following orders than meeting customer needs. Maria's lack of attention to our request was disappointing.

A close friend was scammed out of more than £1,000 for ordering Dominoes Pizza via PayPal. If you order to home delivery then pay by cash. PayPal were not helpful when challenged by this bizzare over-payment as were Dominoes. Obviously, someone employed by Domimoes was...fiddling the system. Action Fraud were useless too when asked to in investment the situation. This was a very stressful situation or the customer so always pay by cash and don't trust online payment for take away deliveries.
OH MY ALLAH! this is the best pizza i have ever had. my wife recommended this place, never heard of it, capitalist scum, but it was beautiful. the pizza was divine, wrap me up in your silky dough baby, and smother me with your creamy...sauce, i would recommend! my red rocket was up for so long i ended up in A&E. worth it though. GO ARABIA!!!
My wife just picked up our so looking forward to, pizza from dominos and let me tell that it was awful, hardly any toppings and what ever they threw on it it was literally in the middle and the rest was pure dough. Can't even...be bothered calling to complain!!!! Never ever again. I only wish that I took a photo to post
This restaurant has the best pizza for takeout. My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza. I could eat it every day if I didn't worry about gaining weight. The ranch sauce is delicious. Their customer service is also excellent in most locations. Great job!

Me and my wife ordered a pizza 1hr and 45 mins ago it still haven’t arrived and been ringing the phone for last 45 mins they are not picking up!!! What is this place????? Close it down
Had take away pizza from Hook Dominos and it was cold and burnt. For the amount of money you pay this is insulting.
