I went to pick up my order and I was told by three employees that there’s no order under my phone number. I then show them my order number on my phone, and that’s when they were able to find my order. Nothing is wrong with that we are all human beings and we make mistakes. The problem I have is how bad customer service is at Domino’s. Not one of those employees apologized and furthermore I also order garlic breadsticks and they didn’t even cut them. On my previous order, I ordered baked cinnamon withe the dip and there was only one spoonful of dip in the container.
This evening, I ordered delivery and was quite taken aback to find a baby in the box when I opened it for dinner! Additionally, neither of the pizzas I ordered had labels indicating my special requests (such as toppings and sauces), and one of the pizzas didn’t even have the correct toppings. It seems that this mix-up might have occurred unintentionally on the driver's part, leading to us receiving the wrong order. I should mention that I used my points to redeem these pizzas. I advise exercising caution when ordering from this place in the future.

I am always thrilled with this restaurant. I order from them so frequently that it’s almost hard to believe. The food is tasty and always fresh, even though I usually end up picking it up 20 minutes later than I intended, haha. I felt I had to write a review because it genuinely makes my day better!

I was eager to enjoy my pizza with pepperoni on one side and steak with green peppers on the other. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got. When I got home and opened the box, I found it was just cheese and pepperoni. I was really disappointed!
I was soo on one side to look at my pfefferoni and to sting with green paprika on the other side. but they didn't give me that. went home, open the box and it was cheese with paprika. so disappointed!
Always make it deliciousss. I most times pick up 15-20 minutes late cause they make it so fast and its still hot and fresh when i get there. Love it!
The guy was right outside as I pulled up at a busy intersection ask me my name and hand me my order less than 30 seconds great job

They always claim that the order is ready on the app, but every time I arrive, it's not ready, and I end up having to wait.
Excellent customer service, and they prepare delicious pizza quickly.
