There seems to be a theme of poor customer service at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. My order was messed up 2 days in a row. I specifically called in to the store the second day and spoke to someone at the store to make sure they gotmy order right. NOT THE CALL CTR. When I got to the store after 45 mins. Attempted to use my rewards to get a free medium two topping pizza by ordering online. When I attempted to order online the pizza only showed as free when I removed the cheese and sauce, for each topping it would charge me. I called customer serviceand they directed me to the store. The manager on duty EMILY said she could not help me. She suggested that maybe having chickenas a topping was the reason for the upcharge, somi tried having beef and steak, once again charged $2 or $3. I tried several Domino? Pizza is located in this area and the one of MLK is the best! Not only is the store clean and the staff friendly, but the food is just to order and is always hot and delicious when I get it! From all shops near me this store rocks over everyone. If you choose Domino?s pizza in a brandon, FL choose the store from MLK and Lakewood!
The pizza was terrible and not worth the money. It was overcooked and had a metallic flavor. The staff wasn't busy; they were just chatting among themselves. They were friendly, but the pizza definitely didn’t even come close to being worth two cents.

This Domino’s has some of the worst customer service and half the time they can’t even get your order right.
Overpriced for what you get, frozen pizza from Walmart has a better chance of satisfy your craving
