On Saturday night, our order arrived more than two hours late and was lukewarm at best. No one from Domino's contacted us to inform us about the delay. Better customer service is definitely needed—they should have at least called to apologize and offer something complimentary. Since we were on vacation with our teenagers and no other places would deliver to our location, we decided to give them another chance. This time, our order arrived hot and within about 30 minutes. Much better experience overall! Perhaps they just need to hire more staff on weekends.
When I arrived at the restaurant, it was quite busy. I had to wait in line for a while, but then a guy came in, stood next to me, and ended up getting served before I did. I suppose I must have looked like I was planning to stick around on a Saturday. Unfortunately, my sub was almost burnt and had an odd taste, so I ended up throwing it away. It was definitely not the sandwich I usually enjoy.
Outstanding service, incredibly quick delivery, and friendly staff! It’s so nice to receive our meals promptly. Considering our location, many restaurants either don’t deliver or take a long time. After having a few frustrating experiences with other local pizza options, we've only had positive experiences with this specific Domino's.
As local residents, we want to give a shout-out to the Domino's on Palm Island. They offer outstanding pizza, and the store is consistently clean. Brandon, the general manager, is friendly and professional. I can be quite particular about my pizza preferences, but I wholeheartedly recommend this Domino's on Palm Island!
