I ordered a pizza last week and it was great so I decided to make them my usual. Big mistake. I ordered two pizzas today and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be here i called the store. The recording claimed my pizza was out for delivery but when Ispoke to the guy on the phone he said my pizza was just made and would be out the door soon. After another 20 minutes I calledto cancel the order. They would not answer the phone. I kept calling until they finally answered and I told them to cancel theorder. This is over an hour after my initial order and my pizza still was not in the car. No apologies no trying to keep mybusiness. Lol. It will probably be another decade before I try them again.
2nd time my husband ordered from here (online) and had to wait 2.5 hrs to be delivered to his job which is A LIGHT AWAY!!! Now I get it delivery drivers are rare and they are understaffed, but in knowing this dedicate a better response! Sad the agents onphone getting the earful the people making the pizzas should get. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I toldhim to start getting food from our area before work if not taking a lunch from home. This is ridiculous
Pizza was cooked almost a full hour before leaving the store. Arrived dried up and crusty and went straight to the trash. App solution is a medium pizza where I pay taxes and driver tip a second time or 20% off a future order I won?t be making. I want mymoney back, not more trash pizza. I just threw away $24 bc this location cooks pizzas an hour before a driver is available.Delivery driver was friendly, but that was the only good thing.
