Every time I try them I get disappointed (and often so do my guests that keep waiting). Unreliable. Almost always VERY late (well over an hour) and the pizza arrives cold. Today, when I gave them a kind fair call to inquire after over an hour ofwaiting (20 minutes quality check lol) they were plain rude. Sounded so apathetic and uncaring to the point I rather not eatfood that they make. I don?t think I?ve ever gave such a negative review but this has happened over and over so at this point Ifeel that the people aught to know!

The staff at the restaurant was quite rude. When I asked for red peppers, one of the employees brusquely responded, "You customers never pay online for that and just want it for free." I suggested that they should offer red peppers as an option on their website. His reply was, "That's a Domino's issue; you should talk to Domino's about it." It's somewhat funny, but being treated this way while spending money on pizza is really disappointing.

Terrible experience with the manager, who showed a shocking lack of manners and basic decency. They messed up our order, giving us a pepperoni pizza that we can't eat. They claimed they would issue store credit, but we never received it. The manager was unwilling to take responsibility or even listen to our concerns, hanging up just after two words. I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

I placed an online order and it took over an hour and 15 minutes for my food to arrive. When it finally got here, the order was damaged, cold, and unappetizing, and I didn’t even receive the dipping sauces.
