This place is unreal. 3 times in a row they have messed up our order. Horrible rude customer service. First time they didn't deliver part of my order and when I phoned up they said they wouldn't come out again for one item even though I had paid for it. The second time they took an hour for delivery and when it came it was stone cold. The 3rd time I ordered my order on their clichy confusing website then at the buy now part it said an error occurred, I phoned the store and they said they had no knowledge of my order even though they had taken the money from my account. Was joining colleagues for a Christmas lunch at the Hogget. Car park flooded following torrential rain, so difficult to park. Car park in Domino's was empty so parked there. Asked if this was OK and told that parking was for customers only. Now car park was empty, but pointed out that I am a frequent customer of Domino's. Very rude response, not in keeping with Christmas spirit. Congratulations Domino's, you have lost me as a customer forever. Letting me park would have cost you nothing, but now you have lost all that future revenue.

I’m not even a pizza lover, but these are just simply the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Thin and crispy is crunchy and delicate, toppings are generous, the veggie supreme is the ultimate in taste!! We live walking distance so collection is best, always straight out of the oven and fresh! Delivery a struggle even though we are so close the foreign drivers get lost! Only advice is to learn the area and the language !! Other than that 10/10!!!

I ordered a delivery pizza. The speed of the delivery was excellent but the quality was poor. A serious lack of ingredients coupled witha lot of under cooked cheese : . I had had the same order from the Domino's Basingstoke recently whilst visiting my daughter) and this was excellent sadly the Hook experience was not. Reserva una mesa ahora

Missed half my order said theyd redeliver and did not ... Spent 40 minutes waiting for them to answer my call and Sophie said she was too busy to refund but said she would at some point in the week! Never received the refund!! Best avoided .. the pizza isn't even that good to be honest.

After waiting 40 minutes, when told the delivery would be 20, I phoned. Spoke to a guy who was quite rude. He said my order hadn't even started. Could be up to another hour. He didn't know. Terrible service, and now have to Tey and get a refund. I do NOT recommend Domino's Hook.

Very nice pizzas, staff are friendly and welcoming would recommend. Service is fast. Only thing they don’t have any ketchup or mayonnaise why ?

Don’t buy if you want you pizza on time. They take the money and you have to wait for 2 hours. AVOID THIS PLACE
