The driver apologized for being a bit late, as there was no one available to answer the phones. He was very polite, well-dressed, and presented himself impeccably. His communication skills were impressive. I'm truly impressed by the standard of representation for the company here in Williston, ND, especially considering the youth of today. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! Naturally, I couldn't let the Chicken Carbonara go unadorned, so I added a bed of broccoli and topped it off with a blend of five Italian cheeses! My son said his Chicken Parmesan and Chicken Bacon Ranch were the best!
the forgot a pizza on my order. so my wife called back told them and all they said is we will give u a credit for next time and then hung up. so i called them back an no one picked up.. so i went down there and the guy who was on the phone with my wife. tryed to be all big a tough talking over me said she told me she didnt want the pizza. i told him i want my pizza that i ordered. so he said there will be a 30 min wait. im not impressed with there customer service. and they juss lost a loyal customer
Called the store to place an order, phone just kept ringing. Finally someone answers the phone and says we have no one to answer phones, order online and then hangs up. We then ordered online and it took way longer than the estimated time and all we ordered was 2 sandwiches. The order we placed awhile back was also wrong. We were told we would get a credit which we never got. Think its time to give up on this place.
Very impressed by my service tonight. There was no parking, so I parked over the street. An employee saw me coming and stopped the door for me. And then I was asked by four separate employees if I needed help. My order was ready at the right time and they all packed me on the way! You also have a good team. Reserva una mesa ahora
Location to the parking lot is not exactly ideal. Parking on the back is only available for employees, so street parking is only available. On the inside. Staff were helpful when it was actually a customer, but seemed hesitant when they helped a customer. The food was still well prepared as ordered.
My boyfriend and I love Domino's! We've usually had a great experience with getting our food delivered, but today I placed my order at 1:15, and the tracker only showed that it was in the oven at 2:08. That's almost an hour later! I'm really curious about what went wrong this time.
