It seems this location has a profound misunderstanding of customer service, which is evident in their handling of my situation. My requests were reasonable, especially considering I’ve encountered issues almost every time I’ve ordered from them. For instance, on my first order (July 16, 2020), my pizza came with only 3 out of 5 toppings. On my second order (July 23, 2020), I waited specifically for my garlic sauce but it never arrived. And now, on my most recent order (August 2, 2020), my order was held until the last possible moment.

This is hands down the worst Domino’s in the area. Every time I order from this location, my food either arrives cold or completely messed up. I called at 11:45 AM to check on a delivery order and was told it would be canceled because they close at 11:30, not 12:00 as their hours indicate, so they can leave by midnight. I’ve tried contacting management multiple times, but they either aren’t at the store or don’t respond to calls or messages. The staff and management are terrible. Almost consistently excellent deep dish. Once in a blue moon my tortoise will have thin areas of cheese, but 99% of the time its to point! Dominos also has the best deep dish of any national pizza chain, hands down. Quality, Papa John's pride itself in premium ingredients, but honestly I find everything from Italian sausage to bacon, as they cut their onions better in Dominos than Papa John's. And you get free cakes with their rewards program faster than Papa John's. Great people work at ft Washington location! Order enough and they even begin to recognize you when you are in! You get a little slow on busy days (holidays, superbowl) so just go with a little patience and courtesy.
It's now 10:17 and I still haven't received my order! I called the store multiple times, but no one answered to explain the delay. I spoke with Demoney at the branch, who seemed indifferent and uncaring about the fact that I was waiting with hungry children. He gave me the GM’s number, but when I called, there was no response. I want a full refund, but when I asked for confirmation, I was told the refund was canceled. I had to leave my house after 10:00 PM to find food for my kids on a school night. This has been a terrible experience.

This Domino's screws up order 9 outta 10 times. I always order the pizza without the garlic sauce on the crust, just about everytime they end up putting it on. I end up have to wait for them to redo the pizzas. And several times they have messed upthe redo. I have complained a couple time to corporate and nothing changes. Been offered free pizza's. But they don't offer youthe size that ordered, always offer free mediums. Order here at your own risk of wasting your time and money.
This particular Domino's has pretty good pizza. But I'm disappointed today. I certainly won't buy pizza from them on a Friday because I've had better pizza from this location. But my biggest gripe is the philly cheese steak. It's awful. Look at the picand you tell me. This is insulting to the name Philly steak. They took my money today but never again will I order a sandwichfrom here. Highly disappointed !!!!!
I have ordered Pizza delivery from this particular location numerous times before. My order was late, pizza was cold and I have always ask for napkins and not once have I received my order with napkins. I rather spent my money where I feel appreciate thenhaving to deal with terrible customer service. I will never order from this place ever again!
Ordered at 753pm on Sunday, food went into quality check at 812, it is now 1032 and our food is no where to be found. We've been calling the store since 10 and no one is answering. Last week when we tried to order from here it was canceled for no reason.Don't waste your time.

I ordered a pizza at 11:59pm. At 12:30am I was called twice to ask about the status. No one answered the phone. The store closed at 1am. I never got my pizza. Called the next day to get my money back.
First time eating from this place. The person who introduced my pizza. One of the best I ever had from Dominos.
