The first and last time I get my pizza delivered from here. This is the exact reason Papa John's is my choice for pizza delivery. I placed my order a little after 7 At 7:34 they told me my pizza was being prepared At 8:52 I called the store becausemy order never went in the oven. She said they were short on drivers and my pizza doesn't go in until the driver is on his wayback to the store. Now I can understand this, and I was grateful. At 9:07 my pizza was on its way At 10:05 my pizza still hasnot arrived to my house. When the driver finally arrived at 1010 he said he didn't know how to get here. There isn't a 2.5 option so will leave it at 2 stars. The delivery guy was fine and funny but the order was off. This isn't the first time either but the third but this is the first review I will leave as I tend to wait for a trial run first. Ordered boneless wings with a cup of hot sauce which does cost but no hot sauce cup came. Furthermore, ordered a medium pan pizza with black olives and chicken, no hot sauce to be found. Again its little things that keep getting mistaken, no hot sauce, blue cheese instead of ranch, its just becoming annoying so trying Pizza Bolis
I do not recommend this restaurant. We were promised our delivery would arrive in 46 minutes, but it took nearly 2 hours. After waiting an hour, we called and were told the driver had only picked up our order 20 minutes earlier, despite receiving a text an hour ago saying it was on its way. We called three times: the first call went unanswered, the second call had us on hold, confused us with another customer, and ended abruptly, and the third call was completely unhelpful. When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm. I would give this experience a 0 out of 10.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza. First, the app needs to be updated since the COVID-19 restrictions, and the Quick Pass option should be removed because it doesn’t work. Also, they shouldn’t say your order is ready when it’s not—I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my pasta. The portion size was also disappointing and not worth it. I understand times are tough, but the service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend the Domino’s on Old Avenue in Temple Hills. I spent over $60, and the food quality was terrible.

I ordered 1 medium 2 topping pizza at 9:06pm. Said the estimated delivery time was between 70-96 minutes. Okay fine, it's Friday and they may be short-staffed for whatever the case is. Turns out my order NEVER showed up. There's absolutely no excuse in thebook for why 1 pizza can't be delivered, especially if I live in the area is a frequent customer. I don't know what the issueis between the 2 domino's locations, but this needs to resolved or else they're gonna continue to lose customers.
Absolutely awful first of all they were not answering the phone which annoyed me. Secondly when they didn?t answer they hung up the phone we were trying to figure out how to get there went to two dominoes before until we found this one. And then theyserved us a dry pasta with no sauce please pics I?ve never seen an Alfredo pasta with sauce not touch the bottom of the pan itis served on
I placed an order on Friday, but it took two hours for the food to be delivered. I requested to cancel the order, but it was never canceled. I tried contacting the store multiple times, but each time my call was on hold for over 15 minutes. I called about 3-4 times with no resolution. I will never order from them again.
We placed an order last Thursday when they were doing the 50% off menu items if you ordered online. The pizzas were ready when we went to pick them up but the workmanship was just bad. It looked bad and it wasn't sliced the way it was supposed to be. Definitely a rush job. You get what you pay for, I guess.

2 hours for delivery. Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was correct. Ordered a Brooklyn deluxe pizza for $27 and I received a plain cheese pizza on regular crust. Called and spoke with manager who said refund couldn?t be issued until the next day. Ridiculous, neveragain!
