Update: I find it strange that a comment was left 2 months later leaving an email address to contact them regarding my concerns. This just shows there lack of quality customer service. Why? Because I contacted them to discuss the matter further days laterto no resolve. I had a 30 min conversation with the manager and all his did was justify the behavior. The same man who wasactually rude to me while I was there. He knew the situation and was the issue. Have been a dedicated costumer of the lorton dominos for 6 years now and last time I ordered I got two large pizza with 3 toppings in august. When I got my ordered they made a mistake and gave me the wrong order so the manager on duty said I will puttwo free large pizzas in my file. So, today I went to get my free two pizzas and they had downgraded my two large pizzas to twomedium pizzas. I explained to the new manager (Jackson Martin which is the name he gave me when I told him I will be ratingthem) on duty and showed him the two Large pizzas I ordered and they got wrong but he told me he couldn?t help me because themanager that put the free pizzas in was gone.
I had the best bread bowl I've had in a long time! Having worked at Domino's in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, for three years, I know how busy they can get. When I was eating the bread bowl, I noticed something shiny in the box—turns out it was a screen still attached to the oven. Haha! I can definitely use the screen since I know how to operate it from my time at Domino's, but please make sure to remove it from the pizzas and bowls after they come out of the oven! Regardless, the bread bowl was amazing. Thanks for the unexpected bonus of that screen!
The interiors you see here aren’t from the actual restaurant, but that’s not really important. I arrived about an hour late to pick up my online pizza due to traffic, only to find out that it had already been picked up. Apparently, they don’t verify the order ID from your phone. However, the staff were really friendly and quickly made me a new Cali-style pizza just as I had ordered within 10 minutes while I waited. I have no complaints about the quality of the food, and I truly appreciated the positive attitude of the staff.

This Domino's location has proven that excellent customer service is still a priority! They were extremely busy when I arrived, and my order hadn't been prepared yet. However, they apologized and corrected the situation quickly. When they assembled my order, they realized they had forgotten part of it, but they quickly resolved the issue. The food was delicious, and overall, I had a very positive experience. Forget about John Guy; I'm sticking with Domino's at Gunston Plaza!
My pizza went on a lengthy car ride. I ordered pizzas and they arrived at my house an hour an 50 minutes later. I live 2.9 miles from the store! Larry, the delivery driver, was lovely and told me he is the only driver on duty. I get it! I would havepicked the pizza up had I known at the time I placed the order. The pizzas were thin and crusty . Not so much, we got sad andsoggy. I won 't do this again!
If you want a great, reasonable pizza, Domino's Lorton will not disappoint. It's a chain, people! Consistency has its merits and Domino's is just that, consistent. The kids choose it over all the others and we like it as well. Winner. I recommend theVERY reasonable carryout specials. Your pizza will be fresher and less expensive by far.
Something is wrong with my order 9/10 times. Pizza boxes smashed in with cheese smeared all over the box, wings barely sauced, incredibly delayed orders, and for the past few years they've been complaining about issues with delivery driver shortages.Seems like issues with management.

The pizza was fresh and hot, and your staff are all exceptional. I usually order through the app or by phone, but today I stopped by the mall and had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, as always. I've been a loyal customer for years.
My pizza was labeled as chicken and jalapeño with no pepperoni, yet it came with pepperoni. I am extremely disappointed.
