Outstanding Customer Service! Every time I have ordered from this store, whether for a family order or an event, the customer service has been outstanding. Most recently, I needed to order a lot of pizzas for my son's Eagle Scout project. I ordered very quickly online, and didn't look for coupons or sales because I was rushing and just needed the pizza. When I came to pick up the order, the associate there told me he would apply a better deal to my order. He didn't have to do that, and I would never have complained about the cost, but he took the time and the care to give me the best deal possible. The pizza was hot and ready when I got there. I highly recommend this location!
I ordered a pepperoni and sausage (2 toppings) pizza and got a cheese only delivered. In addition, the cheese pizza I got was horrible. When I called to alert them, they said since I ordered online, there was nothing they would do for me. FYI, I ordered from them last week and thought I would do so again spending another $35 to support them tipping generously top of the delivery charge. Will not do so again as the person on the phone hung up on me mid-sentence. Horrible customer skills but the driver Michael was great.
I like the custom pan pizzas a lot and this was my first time trying this location. The garlic parmesan bites were quite good but the pizza needed more sauce. Otherwise the service when I went to pick it up was excellent ... it was fast and the man who helped me was so nice and friendly, it left a big impression. I wish I had gotten his name.
Excellent job keeping customers informed about their order status! The online updates, along with the well-timed notifications, made it easy to know when to head to the store for pickup. I was very satisfied with the smoothness of the transaction.

We live near the Oakton Domino's and tried it for the first time last month. The delivery service has been excellent and the pizza is always loaded and hot. I have also tried the salads and pasta and they were great too.
I waited for over an hour and no one answered the phone to provide an update on my order. This was quite disappointing. I can't really comment on the quality of customer service since there was none.
The pizza was consistently disappointing. I ordered one, but it wasn't cooked properly and the dough was overly mushy. It's unfortunate that their quality standards are so low.
