Domino's Pizza is a layer of my favorite pizza patch on which I grew up: Pizza Hut. And my experience with the product, the staff and the convenient and clever ordering system really made me become a dominophile. The price was correct as they had a practice specificity; they often have, so, when they offer a special offer. The pizza was fantastic! No matter what you think about mainstream pizza chains, the pizza from this location is consistently outstanding. Since we live just a five-minute drive away, it always arrives piping hot, often burning the roof of our mouths when we dig in. Plus, it’s always made exactly to our specifications. The cheese sauce and the garlic bread are equally delicious. We value supporting local businesses, and this franchise, which is locally owned, consistently outshines the many other pizza places we've tried over the past ten years. When I first started to use this Domino's the pizza was good, hot and tasty. Then I ordered for delivery and after waiting for over an hour the pizza arrived cold and the stuffed breads tasted awful, the chicken tenders were like rubber. I called and wastold they were sorry. I gave them another chance since this was the first time this happened. Then on Saturday, I ordered pizzafor carry out. When I got home, the pizza tasted as though it had just been reheated, my husband refused to eat it and I endedup dumping it and running to a different pizza place for pizza. I'm not ever going to order pizza again from Domino's again. Itwas a waste of money.
I ordered three pizzas for pickup, one of which was specifically made without cheese due to my wife’s dairy allergy. Unfortunately, they prepared it incorrectly and added cheese. We had to drive back to the restaurant and wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be remade. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the inconvenience. I used to work at this restaurant, and I can say that the management is terrible. The current general manager does not treat employees with respect. She doesn’t appreciate feedback and reacts negatively when challenged, yet she feels free to criticize others. Additionally, they have stopped giving raises to their current employees and are no longer distributing tips. Save your money; it seems like they just want to keep everything for themselves!
I called to place an order because I don't like ordering online. I called at 6:30 and was on hold for 23 minutes before I finally hung up. That's way too long for anyone to wait. I used to work at Domino's years ago and never kept anyone on hold for that long. This is completely unacceptable. I'm done with Domino's and will be going to another pizza place.
Always delicious! Cooked to perfection, with extra attention to detail, and just the right amount of sauce and crispy toppings! Yum! I loved the Mediterranean Sub as well! The bread is thick and hearty; you can enjoy it the next day, whether cold or reheated, and it still tastes fresh and satisfying!
